2022 CMH Mental Health Awareness    T-shirts 

Thursday evening, Sept. 29, CMH will be hosting a Mental Health Awareness Walk. You can purchase a T-shirt to raise awareness and support for the walk & National Suicide Awareness Month in September. Proceeds benefit mental health support services at Citizens Memorial. Don't need a T-shirt? You can also just make a donation. We will contact you when your order arrives.

Ordering Instructions: Review your order thoroughly. If you do not receive an email confirmation, your order may not have gone through. The email you register with is where your order confirmation is sent. 

There are no exchanges or refunds once you order. Note: If you do not receive an email confirmation, more than likely your order was not received. Also, we cannot edit the items ordered. If you want to order additional shirts after you've already placed an order, there are two options. 1) You can order again using a different email address. 2) We can delete your order and you can do it again.
